Order Processing
All orders are packed and shipped by a small team (one of us). Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched once it has been placed, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
During busy periods or launches, processing times may be slightly longer, but we always do our best to keep things moving and will communicate any delays clearly.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details. Please note that delivery times begin from the dispatch date, not the order date.
International Orders and Customs
For orders shipping outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or additional handling charges applied by your local customs authority. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be.
We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure before placing an order.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times and delays are outside our control. If your order appears to be delayed or missing, please contact us, and we will always do our best to help where we can.
