Refunds and Returns
As a small independent business, we’re incredibly grateful for every order and for the support we receive. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind purchases. All sales are final, unless an item arrives faulty or damaged.

Please take a moment to read all product descriptions carefully before placing your order. If you’re unsure about anything at all, sizing, details, or whether a product is right for you, please feel free to contact us beforehand and we’ll be very happy to help.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Where appropriate, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
